Referral and List Owner etiquette
We strive to provide a service that is beneficial to our users without inconveniencing anyone. As such, we have taken great strides to make sure that not only we are within today's boundaries of what is considered good Etiquette, but that you remain so as well. As a result, we ask that you please read these rules regarding our referral service before sending referral emails to your friends and associates. Additionally, list owners should read these rules to learn what practices for getting more list subscribers are prohibited by eXpressICT.com .

Unsolicited Commercial Email
Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), or "Spam", as it is more commonly known, is an electronic message which advertises goods/services to someone without that person's prior consent or having a previous relationship with that person. This "junk email practice" also includes Usenet and message board postings, which are often unrelated to the topic of discussion or board, as well as use of CDs providing many email addresses.

Unsolicited Commercial Email Is Unethical
Spam costs recipients time and money. Spam can slow down email delivery across the Internet or even cause computers on the Internet to crash. Spam is just simply rude and unacceptable. Help Stop Spam
Do not send spam. Do not respond to spam sent to you. Delete spam without reading it.

eXpressICT.com's Anti-Spam Policy
List Owners
List owners are forbidden to spam list members and must use only opt in addresses on lists. Owners must get explicit permission to be subscribed to the list from each list member. List owners are not to use purchased CDs. eXpressICT.com specializes only in opt-in lists, and these CDs are, by definition, a form of spam. List owners may not use lists of addresses bought from sources that do not guarantee that their lists are strictly opt-in. Owners may not use email addresses from an unverifiably opt-in source. Additionally, list owners may not subscribe list members without their consent or knowledge. All list members must subscribe to each owner's list by sending an email message to the owner requesting a subscription, or by entering his or her email address onto a list signup form. We reserve the right to permanently quarantine non opt-in lists that appear for approval or suspend/terminate your account without prior notice if we found you are trying to spam.

Reporting Spammers
If you think that someone has spammed you through eXpressICT.com, please contact info@eXpressICT.com and include a copy of the email message along with any other information that may identify the persons involved.
